A statewide tax credit is now available to Mississippi businesses creating a certain number of jobs within a single tax year.

The credit amount is based on a percentage of your new job payroll, determined by the number of jobs and the county where they're created. You can earn between 2.5% and 10% of payroll for new jobs annually, for five years.
